Hanvon TouchPad BC10C tablet PC has its official release

Hanvon TouchPad BC10C

Last month we talked a bit about Hanvon’s tablet couplet that was featured at CeBIT. Their less impressive of the two — the Hanvon TouchPad BC10C — has been officially released in China.

That’s not to say that the TouchPad BC10C, on its own, isn’t impressive. It has a feature-rich spec sheet, including a 10.1-inch capacitive multitouch screen, 1.3GHz Celeron processor, 2GB of DDR2 RAM, a 250GB or 320GB HDD, mini HDMI port, 1.3MP camera, SD card and a bunch of other input/output plugs. The TouchPad BC10C also runs Windows 7 Home Premium. It’s just that the other tablet Hanvon debuted (the TouchPad BA10E) had some very impressive specs. JKK from JKKMobile was especially impressed with both of them (which says a lot).

Still, we don’t have firm price on the TouchPad BC10C yet. The press release had that item mysteriously absent. Word at CeBIT was that it would hit the market for between $600 and $700 so you can expect the cost to be in that area.

  1. I bought one 6 weeks ago. It went away for 4 weeks. Why? Sometimes it was not detecting the bluetooth, No one would beileve if I say It was powering on when it was off. I mean Off!!!!… I got my money back….. But it had good features.
